Coming to a tragic end, Natasha Richardson has passed away after being taken off of life support following a freak ski accident in Montreal, Canada.
After the incident occurred on Monday, Richardson, 45, was flown to a New York hospital before passing away on Wednesday afternoon (March 18).
Family spokesperson Alan Nierob told press, “Liam Neeson, his sons, and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time.”
Reports tell that Natasha was surrounded by her entire family during her final moments, also receiving visits from close friends Meryl Streep, Lauren Bacall and Joan Didio.
